Aam Ka Panna

Keeping with the theme of this week here’s another recipe of Mangoes – Aam Ka Panna. Aam Ka Panna is made with raw mangoes and is refreshing summer cooler drink which is sweet, spicy and tangy in taste. I just love having this drink in summers. So next time you have a craving for a drink which has burst of flavours then do try this recipe of Aam Ka Panna!!


300 gms Mango (Raw)
1 table spoon salt
1 table spoon black salt
1 pinch black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon mint paste
1 tablespoon sugar 

1.       Peel the mangoes and put it in pressure cooker then add sugar and one cup wate
2.       Give 5-6 whistles so that they become soft
3.       Keep it aside to cool down then take out the pulp from the mangoe
4.       Mix the pulp in a mixer
5.       Then strain the pulp in a bowl
6.       Add salt, black salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and mint paste and mix it properly
7.       Take a glass and pour s 1-2 tablespoon Aam ka panna and add water and ice accordingly
8.       Your chilled Aam ka Panna is ready to serve
9.       Store the remaining Aam Ka Panna in a jar or bottle in fridge
