Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken is one of the world famous Indian chicken starter. The recipe I am sharing today requires minimum ingredients and is very easy to make as marinade does all the work. So next time don’t order from restaurant but surprise your guests and loved ones with this delicious homemade Tandoori Chicken.

Ingredients:
1 small bowl Curd
1 tbs Ginger and Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 tbs Tandoori Masala
1 tbs Salt
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

Directions:
·         In a pre-heated pan add whole garam masala and roast for 1 minute ·         Then make powder of whole garam masala  using a grinder ·         Take mid-size bowl add curd, ginger and garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, powdered garam masala and tandoori masala and mix well, then add chicken drumsticks and leave it aside to marinate for 4-5 hrs in the fridge
·         After that take it out from the fridge and bring it to room temperature ·         Pre-heat the oven at 250 degrees and put chicken in it for 20 mins, then carefully turn chicken to the other side and roast for 20 minutes (total 40 minutes in the oven)
·         After that take it out from the oven and put some lemon juice on it ·         Now your Tandoori Chicken is ready to serve
