Chocolate Coffee Brownie

Last dish in our New Year special is delicious Chocolate Coffee Brownie dessert. These brownies are simple to make and they are ideal for kids and chocolate lovers. Make this Christmas and New Year even more special by making this gooey and yummy Brownies.

5 tbs Unsalted Butter
7 tbs Bittersweet Chocolate (Melted)
1 Cup Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
¼ tsp Salt
1 tbs Cocoa Powder
2 Eggs
2 tbs Warm Water
1 tsp Instant Espresso Powder
2/3 Cup All Purpose Flour

·         Preheat oven to 350
·         In a cup mix warm water with the instant espresso powder and keep it aside
·         In a large bowl whisk together sugar and butter until they become fluffy
·         Then add eggs, vanilla essence and espresso mixture and mix it well till all is mixed properly
·         After that add melted chocolate and mix, then all-purpose flour and salt and mix everything together until it’s mix properly but don’t overdo
·         Pour batter in a pan and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until when a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs but not wet batter
·         Cool for about 5 minutes in the pan and then put in a plate and let it cool off completely
·         Cut in it to pieces and serve with ice cream or chocolate sauce
