BBQ Chicken Mexican Salad

Salad is an important part of the meal and if it is flavoursome then it just adds that extra zing to the whole meal. Today I am sharing recipe of BBQ Chicken Mexican salad, this dish can be served as a side dish with any meal or you can also serve it as a starter. Infact it is perfect for the days when you are not in a mood to cook an elaborate meal but are looking for quick fix for your hunger. 

Ingredients
1 mid-size bowl of Chicken (cut in small pieces)
1 small bowl Salad Leaves
½ small bowl Lettuce
½ small bowl Red Onion (cut in round shape)
½ small bowl Green Capsicum (cut in thin slices)
½ small bowl Red Capsicum (cut in thin slices)
4-5 Baby Tomatoes
1 tbs Olive Oil
1 tbs Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
1 tbs BBQ Sauce 
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 tbs of any Salad Dressing 
1 teaspoon Butter
1 tbs Honey 
1 teaspoon Avocado (chopped)

Directions
·         Marinate chicken with salt, lemon juice, honey and BBQ sauce
·         Heat butter in a pan and roast marinated chicken till color turn brown/chicken cooked properly  
·         Once chicken is cooked add onion, green capsicum and red capsicum and roast it for 1 to 2 minutes only
·         Take bowl add all salad leaves and lettuce and add olive, salt, chili flakes, pepper, chopped avocado and baby tomatoes and mix well
·         Add roasted chicken along with capsicum and onion on top of the salad
·         Spread salad dressing on top and serve
