Ingredients:
200 gms Paneer/ Cottage Cheese Pieces
1 small bowl Green and Red Capsicum (Cut in small pieces)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano Seasoning
1 teaspoon Dry Ginger Powder
1 teaspoon Dry Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 small bowl Green and Red Capsicum (Cut in small pieces)

Marinate paneer pieces with salt, oregano,
ginger and garlic powder and cumin powder and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes

Now in an open pan heat olive oil and add paneer
and capsicum
·
Roast all the things together for 4-5 minutes
and add black pepper powder and lemon juice
·
Now take a stick and gently put paneer and capsicum
pieces on it and serve hot
