Mutton Samosa




Second dish that I am sharing for Ramzan special is delicious Mutton Samosa.  This snack is just perfect for any party, easy to make and delicious to eat. Next time when you are in a mood to try some new snack then do try these Mutton Samosa they taste just yum!!


Ingredients:

7-8 switz samosa leaves
250 gm minced mutton
1 small bowl chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green chili
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 cup oil for frying

Method:

1.       Fry finely chopped onions till golden brown. Add minced meat and ginger garlic paste, fry for 2-3 minutes
2.       Then add red chili powder, salt, garam masala powder and half cup of water to it
3.       Allow mince meat to cook until oil separates
4.       Remove mince meat in a bowl leaving oil behind (if any)
5.        Then add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix it well
6.       Fold samosa leaves in triangular shape
7.        Fill with prepared mixture
8.       Seal and keep aside
9.       Deep fry the prepared samosa and place on butter paper
10.    Serve with green chutney or ketchup as per taste
