Mushroom Musallam


I am sure you have heard of Murg-Musallam - a whole chicken cooked in lots of delicious gravy. I thought why not have something similar as a vegetarian option with mushrooms. So here presenting you the recipe of mushroom musallam. In this dish I marinated the Mushroom and then make it in spicy gravy. It tastes wonderful and is quite a change from your regular mushroom curry.

Kutchi Dabeli is very spicy and tangy snack food of India originated in the Kutch region of Gujarat and from where it derives its name. It is also very popular in several states of India.This spicy snack is made by boiled potato and spicy masala. Putting the mixture between bun and serve with Green Coriander Chutney .

Burrito

This weekend I was craving for something different that our usual meal and thought why not try my hand at Mexican food and voila came up with the idea of making Burritos. A burrito is a type of Mexican and Tex-Mex food, consisting of a wheat flour tortilla wrapped or folded into a cylindrical shape to completely enclose the filling. Mutton is one dish which is prepared a lot during ramzan month and I thought why not join in the festive and make something different using mutton. The weather of Bangalore is so nice these days and it being a weekend so decided to make this yummy starter Mutton Keema Sufiyana. Mild in spices and a perfect starter to go with evening tea or drinks.

Achari Paneer Tikka


Achari Paneer is a popular punjabi dish, and as is usually the case with punjabi dishes - it is has the traditional rustic aroma.
As we all know achaar (pickle) helps to complete Indian foods. Usually achaari paneer are made of roasted and powdered spices. However, I used the spices as whole as it gives individual tastes of all ingredients. I marinated paneer in curd and cream for making them soft. Mint and coriander will give perfect aroma and cooked in tawa for perfect color.
