Chutney is a perfect condiment with any Indian food or snacks. The chutney recipe that I am sharing today is of raw mangoes and coriander seeds, this chutney goes well with chaat and snacks items. This chutney taste little different because no lemon juice is added in this and the tangy and citrus flavor comes from raw mangoes. Try this Chutney if you are in a mood for something different.
1 medium bowl chopped raw mango
2 red chili whole
2 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Take a pan and roast red chili and coriander seeds for 5-7 minutes or till it turns light brown in color
2. Then add raw mango pieces and roast for 2 minutes
3. After that put all these roasted Ingredients in mixer grinder and add very little amount of water for making paste
4. Once your paste is ready take it out in a bowl, then add salt and mustard oil and mix it properly
5. Now your Raw Mango & Coriander Seeds Chutney is ready to serve. Serve it with Kachori or Samosa or any Indian dish
