There is nothing better than sharbat to beat the heat so I thought why not share sharbat recipe with you all. Phalse ka sharbat is very cool and refreshing drink and people who have constipation issue it is just the right remedy for them. This season enjoy this refreshing sharbat and feel fresh and energetic!!
Ingredients:
100 gms Phalse ( Grewis Asiatica)
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon black salt
4-5 fresh mint leaves ( crushed)
3-4 Ice cubes
Direction:
1.
Grind phalse and sugar together in mixer and
make a pulp.
2.
Strain the pulp in the glass.
3.
Add crushed mint leaves, black salt and ice
cubes.
4.
Your Phalse Ka Sharbat is ready and serve it
chilled.
