Cocktail is mixed drink which is prepared by two- three different kind of drink like- fruit juice, rum, vodka etc. Today I prepared cocktail from two ingredients- wine and fresh strawberry fruit juice. Both have very different taste from each other but once you mix them together, it will give unique banded taste. So enjoy your love bird cocktail on the occasion of Valentine day.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Fresh Strawberry fruits
60 ml Sparkling water
120 ml white wine
2 pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice'
Method
Take all strawberries in a mixer grinder and add sparkling water in it and grind them to make a juice.
Strain it using a strainer to separate the liquid mixture and pulp
Apply lemon juice on the rim of wine/cocktail glass (ideally use a flute) and sprinkle a pinch of salt on the rim of the glass.
Pour strawberry juice in the glass
Add white wine in it and decorate with strawberry and serve it.
