Dahi ka kabab

Special snacks are very important during festival and guesting time. Generally we always prepare some tikki, cutlets etc, This time I tried dahi ka kabab. Its is very tasty and very unique snack to surprise your guest.


1 cup thick curd
1/2 small bowl chopped onion
4 tablespoon gram flour
2 tablespoon Cornflour
1 tablespoon sooji
1 tablespoon rice powder
1/2 tablespoon chopped green chili
1 tablespoon chopped ginger & Garlic
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon kitchen king masala
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Cooking oil for shallow frying


Mix all the above ingredients in bowl.

Heat oil in open pan, make small balls/Peda and shallow-fry it in the heated oil. For making small circle you should keep your hands wet with some water, else it will stick to your hand.

Fry it on low flame and turn very gently other side till color turn brown.

Dahi Kabab is ready for serve and you can serve with any chutney or dips.
