Cabbage Cutlets


My husband doesn’t like cabbage vegetable so I was stumped what I should make with cabbage lying in my fridge so made these yummy Cabbage Cutlets. Hubby was more than happy with this new invention and devour them in no time. This easy and simple recipe is sure to appeal to your taste buds.

1 Bowl Chopped Cabbage
1 Small Bowl Bread Crumbs
3-4 tbs Cornflour Powder
1 tbs Salt (According to taste)
½ Small Bowl Crushed Cheese

1 teaspoon Chopped Ginger
1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
1 Chopped Chili

1 tbs Chaat Masala
1 tbs Subji or Kitchen King Masala
2 tbs Poppy Seeds
Little Water

Sufficient amount of Oil for deep frying

Take a big bowl and mix all ingredient using little water
Make small balls the mixture
Deep fry the cutlets in oil till they become golden brown in colour

Serve with any kind of chutney
