Today I am sharing recipe of very easy snack – Curd Chaat. Curd has its own distinct flavors and goes well with so many things. In this chaat you will get to taste sweetness of curd, flavor of potatoes & green moong and awesome tang and spiciness of Indian spices. So do try this chaat if you are bored with having your regular flavors in curd.
Ingredients:
250 gm thick curd
1/2 small bowl chopped onion
1/2 small bowl chopped cucumber
1 small bowl boiled & chopped potato
1/2 small bowl pomegranate seeds
1/2 small bowl chopped tomato
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black salt
1 small bowl boiled green moong
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon green chili sauce
1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 small bowl chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon lemon juice
few potato chips for garnish
Directions:
1. Take curd in a bowl add tomato sauce, green chili
sauce, tamarind sauce and sugar and mix it properly
2. The add all the remaining ingredients mentioned above
in the curd and mix it well3. Now your Curd Chaat is ready to serve
4. Before the serving garnish with salty chips and pomegranate seeds
